PH HE 230-635 Series Heatless Welded Design Desiccant Air Dryer

Pneumatech presents the newly designed and significantly improved heatless adsorption dryer range – PH HE 230-635. Incorporating high-quality components, PH heatless adsorption dryers provide you with clean, dry air to extend the life of your equipment and products. Heatless adsorption dryers use dry, expanded purge air to remove moisture from the desiccant material.

Improved Purelogic™ Control

• Eye level and auto restart
• Dual voltage requires no transformer
• Load/Unload contact
• DPD can be retrofit
• cULus listed
• NEMA 4 enclosure
• ASME/CRN and NB Registered Vessels
• Pressure drop, 3 psid or less
• 360 second NEMA cycle for PH 230-635 HE with 165 psig
rating, all other models are 500 second NEMA cycles
• Average purge is 15% of rated flow
• -40 °F PDP or -100 °F PDP available
• High quality valves
• Butterfly switching valves with NBR (Buna-N) seat, cast iron body, 304 SST disc
• Check valve with SST disc, Viton seat (no spring)
• Full flow, soft seat pressure relief valves
• Standard voltage:v 115V – 1Ph – 60Hz, 230-1-60 optional
• 3 Filters standard on
